Almost each and every one of us is taught the same thing at least once, the colors of the rainbow. The light spectrum. It’s easy to forget how similar we all are, our differences from each other are not necessarily good or bad, but more on a scale, a spectrum.

Judgements are plenty, the second we look at someone we form countless preconceptions, we assume they are this or that and either embrace that human or walk away. How wrong we can be, in my experience some of my deepest connections have come with people I didn’t immediately like.

It’s all a spectrum, our gender, beliefs, titles, color- skin, hair and eyes. Our intelligence, roles in life, likes or dislikes, wealth, abilities, hopes and fears.

See the rainbow everywhere, see others less in black and white and live with your heart not your mind. Celebrate diversity.
